Being Safe at Breck
We have made some changes to the farm to reduce the risk of any infection further. The changes will follow the advice of experts in this field.
We have changed the layout to completely separate the animals from the play area. This will mean that visitors who wish to feed the animals can still do so provided they wash their hands properly after being in the animal section.
Parents (perhaps with very young children) can enter the play area and outside area where they can still see the animals but the children will not be able to be within touching distance of the animals.
The new arrangments will enable parents to visit and make the safe choice for their own children.
We cannot emphasise enough the importance of cleaning your hands after animal contact.
